Mindfulness for Busy People: Practical Tips for Getting a Measure of Peace in Daily Life

9:45 AM - 11:15 AMMindfulness practice can be quite beneficial in navigating the stress of everyday life, including at work, in parenting, and in a complex world. This program, with Peter Feinmann, will address how mindfulness practice can enhance well-being and provide a measure of peace. The program will discuss basic mindfulness meditation, offering several guided practices; principles and practical tips on mindfulness-based stress reduction; and how to integrate the practice into a busy daily life. All are welcome. Registration appreciated but not required.
