Event Planning Forms
Each event requires two forms. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Leah Staffin, Communication and Program Manager, at (781) 729-1263 ext. 102 or leah@shir-tikvah.org.
Please submit two forms for each event:
1) Event Form 1: Scheduling & Promotion Request - Please submit at least 6 weeks in advance.
2) Event Form 2: Committee Leadership & Set-up Details - Please submit at least 2 weeks in advance.
If you need assistance identifying greeters and other volunteers for your event, please contact Leah for a list at (781) 729-1263 ext. 102 or leah@shir-tikvah.org.
Payment Requests
If you need to purchase materials or hire a speaker or educator for your event, please fill out the Payment Request Form. It can take two weeks to process a check request, so please submit the form early enough to meet your payment deadline.
Conflicts of Interest
If a Shir Tikvah member is being paid to lead a session or offer any other service, they must complete a conflict of interest acknowledgment. Read our conflict of interest policy here, and feel free to contact the office with questions.
Greeter Links
Greeters make our temple a welcoming and safe place.
- Sign up for your greeting shift with the Greeter Signup Form. The form includes both Friday night Shabbat and Sunday morning Learning Corps shifts.
- To become a greeter, email Ellen Cohen.
