Annual Israeli Stage Outing -- "The Last Act"

Saturday, May 19, 2018 5 Sivan 5778

8:00 PM - 10:00 PMSouth End / Calderwood Pavilion at the BCA 527 Tremont St., Boston

A world premier play written by award-winning Israeli playwright Joshua Sobol, The Last Act is a fiery, sexy drama that portrays the Palestinian-Israeli conflict with a nod to Strindberg’s Miss Julie, in which seduction brings together a man and a woman of unequal standing. How does this circumstance play out? Relentless and demanding, pulsing with passion, power, deception, and sensuality, this intensely potent combination of Israeli culture, political firestorm, and human emotion represents the best theater can offer. Tickets are $25 each. To reserve yours, please send a check to the Temple office made out to “Temple Shir Tikvah” with “Israeli Stage" on the memo line. Tickets are limited. Deadline for purchase is April 1st. There will be an optional group dinner in the South End prior to the performance. Ticket holders will receive details and a request to RSVP early in May. Sponsored by the Israel Committee.
