We need you! Come out to one of our summer field days to help remove invasive water chestnuts from the river — you can volunteer on the water or on land! With the Mystic River Watershed Association.

Volunteers will head out in canoes to hand-pull water chestnut from the river.

MyRWA will provide the canoes, paddles, life jackets, and gloves. Be sure to wear sunscreen, clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and shoes that will get wet!
