Two years ago, transgender equality was written into the law in Massachusetts. That victory meant that transgender people in Massachusetts can go about their daily lives knowing that they can't lawfully be turned from any public spaces. However, a statewide ballot question in November aims at repealing those protections. Temple Shir Tikvah is joining a broad coalition led by the Freedom for All Massachusetts campaign that includes more than 350 clergy, faith leaders, and congregations across the state that commits vote YES on 3 to uphold transgender rights.
