Join Marina Seevak, TST member and founder of The Beautiful Stuff Project in Somerville, in creating Found Object Mandalas. Create a Mandala before the workshop and take a picture -- then we’ll meet up to share our mandalas and inspire each other! Here’s what you need to know to create your own found object mandala:

• Be creative while staying home. It helps. Everything you need is right in front of you. 

• Search your junk drawer. Pantry. Lego collection. Tool box. Under the couch. In your bathroom cabinet. Sewing supplies. Book shelf. Who knows? Just start looking.

• Best to collect even numbers of small things. A muffin tin or empty egg carton is the perfect container to bring on your search. A round plate is the simple foundation to build on. Start in the middle and build out. Or start on the edge and move inward. It’s all up to you. Have fun!
